This book is a collection of spiritual poetry by Olesya Perepelkina, born into a simple working-class family who found her way to God through an evangelistic brochure. Her poems are sincere prayers and praise that touch the deepest strings of the heart.
I was born into a simple working-class family in the beautiful, green city of Vinnytsia, which remains my small homeland to this day. I heard about God from my grandmother from early childhood. I would ask her questions, but she couldn't tell me much because she didn't have a Bible. Those were the days of atheism. One day, after answering a teacher's question about the spring holidays, I talked about Easter. The whole class ridiculed me. I became a believer at a young age. I worked as a teacher organizer. Sometimes believers would come to the school and give lectures about God.
